Theresa Lewber is the founder of Embracing Change Coaching Services, LLC, a coaching service providing overall support to clients searching for guidance with achieving life, relationship, wellness or career goals. 

Besides devoting her time to Embracing Change Coaching Services, LLC, Theresa works with various small business and corporate organizations, providing guidance in both upper management and human resource capacities.  In addition to mentoring through coaching, Theresa has a passion for helping others in need.  In her native state of Vermont, she has supported several local causes including, Spectrum Sleep Out, VT Recovery Walk, and the American Cancer Society Relay For Life to name a few.  Theresa was previously recognized by the Vermont National Guard,  receiving the “Volunteer of the Year'' award for her dedication to supporting families during their loved ones lengthy deployment overseas.

Theresa attended Mount Washington College majoring in Early Childhood Education prior to changing career paths, allowing her to focus on her passion of mentoring others.  Theresa holds certification in life coaching, human resources and LEAN office practices.  She is member of IAPO International Association of Professional Life Coaches.
